Refund policy

At Rosavelle Bouquets, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Every bouquet is handcrafted with care, attention to detail, and made specially for each order. If you experience any issues with your purchase, we are always happy to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Please note that items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • the product received
  • the packaging
  • the shipping label

We will review the issue and work quickly to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund if approved.


Custom & Personalized Orders

Because many of our bouquets are handmade and customized specifically for each customer, custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

If you have any concerns regarding your custom order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized bouquets
  • Used products
  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. The quickest way to receive a different bouquet is to place a new order after your return request has been approved.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
